Aani Academy Madrasah Timings, Holidays & Absence Policy

  1. Madrasah TimingsAani Academy operates on a structured weekly timetable to ensure consistency and effective learning..

Monday to Thursday (Live Classes):

  • Period 1:5:00 PM – 5:45 PM (Dedicated to either Quran or Kitaab/Islamic Studies)
  • Transition Break:10 minutes
  • Period 2:5:45 PM – 6:30 PM (Dedicated to either Quran or Kitaab/Islamic Studies)

Friday (Independent Learning):

  • Students are assigned independent learning tasks to reinforce live class teachings weekly.
  • Teachers will provide guidance on self-study materials and assignments as required.
  1. HolidaysAani Academy follows the UK Kirklees School Term Holiday Dates, including:
  • All public bank holidays.
  • Islamic event days(e.g., Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, 10th Muharram, etc.).
  • Ramadhan adjustments: Class schedules will be modified, and parents will be notified in advance.
  • Any additional holidays will be communicated to parents well in advance.
  1. Absence PolicyTo maintain consistency in learning, parents/guardians must ensure their child attends all scheduled classes. If a student is unable to attend:
  • Parents must notify Aani Academy in advanceusing the official communication methods provided.
  • For extended absences (holidays during term time), a written requestmust be submitted to Aani Academy for approval.
  • Unauthorised absences may impact the student’s progress and learning experience.
  • Repeated unexplained absences may result in a formal discussion with parents to ensure continued engagement.

 

Please note: Fees are still required during holidays, absences, or missed sessions, as payments are calculated across the full academic year.
