  • Cyberbullying:Inappropriate or harmful interactions between students via chat, forums, or other digital platforms.
  • Unauthorised Access:Attempts by unauthorized individuals to access student data or online sessions.
  • Inappropriate Content:Exposure to harmful or unsuitable materials through online platforms.
  • Privacy Breaches:Unauthorised sharing of personal information or student data.
  • Phishing & Cyber Attacks:Attempts to gain sensitive information through deceptive emails or links.

    • Student access is restricted to registered users only.
  • Monitoring & Moderation:
    • Chat functions and discussion forums are monitored for inappropriate content or behavior.
    • Teachers and moderators are trained to identify and address online risks promptly.
  • Safeguarding & Teacher Conduct:
    • One-on-one communication between teachers and students is only allowed via approved, monitored platforms.
    • Teachers must adhere to Aani Academy’s Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy.

  • Cyber security Measures:
