1. What is Aani Academy?

Aani Academy is an interactive madrassah that harmonises traditional Islamic education with modern technology.
We provide structured Sunnah-based learning that nurtures faith, character, and academic excellence in a flexible and engaging environment, accessible to students around the world.

Children who are able to engage with online & onsite teaching methods can apply. Each application is assessed individually. At present, we cannot accommodate students with complex SEND needs.

● Period 1: 5:00 PM – 5:45 PM

● Period 2: 5:45 PM – 6:30 PM

● Admission fee: £80 (waived for additional siblings)
● Monthly: £80 per child
● Annual: £960 per child 

All fees are non-refundable. In exceptional cases, partial refunds or alternative arrangements may be considered at the academy’s discretion.
Students must keep cameras on during live sessions for engagement and attendance. Any technical issues must be communicated in advance.
? Parents must inform the academy in advance. Extended absences require written approval. Unauthorised absences may affect a student’s progress.
Yes, occasional on-site visits, assemblies, or enrichment trips are arranged. Prior parental consent is required, and all visits are supervised by qualified staff.
? We use encrypted platforms, monitor interactions, restrict one-on-one communication, and follow strict safeguarding protocols. Parents are encouraged to supervise younger children during classes.

● No inappropriate or disrespectful language.
● No recording or screenshotting classes.
● No off-platform communications.
Violations may lead to disciplinary action or removal

Our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) oversees all safeguarding matters. All staff undergo DBS checks and mandatory training. Concerns must be reported to info@aanistudio.com.
Yes, teachers complete safeguarding and CPD training and are expected to uphold professional conduct. One-on-one interactions are strictly monitored.
We comply with UK GDPR. Personal data is stored securely and only accessible to authorised personnel. Data may be shared with essential service providers but never sold.
You can request to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. Contact info@aanistudio.com for all data-related requests.

No. All course content is the intellectual property of Aani Academy and cannot be copied, recorded, or redistributed.
We reserve the right to update our terms and policies as necessary. Users will be notified of significant changes.
All communication between parents and teachers is conducted through the Aani Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure transparency, tracking, and consistency.
