Terms and Conditions for Aani Academy

  1. Introduction Welcome to Aani Academy. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, learning platform, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
  1. Enrollment and Account Registration
  • Parents/guardians must enroll students under 18.
  • Account information must be accurate and kept up to date.

  1. Learning Models and Weekly Structure

    Aani Academy operates as a full 5-day Islamic education programme, running from Monday to Thursday. To provide flexibility while maintaining high standards, Aani Academy offers the following two structured learning models:

    • Fully Onsite (Monday–Thursday)
      Students attend in-person classes at the academy from Monday to Thursday.

    • Fully Online (Monday–Thursday)
      Students attend live virtual sessions via Google Meet (or another designated platform) from Monday to Thursday.

    • Independent Home Study. (Friday)

      Friday is dedicated to consolidation and revision. No class recordings will be required on this day. Students are expected to

      * Revise the entire week’s sabak across all subjects

      * Identify and correct mistakes and weak areas

      * Focus on memorisation and accuracy

      * Address errors early using red circle corrections to prevent gaps forming

       

      This weekly bite size revision approach supports stronger retention, reduces pressure during exam periods, and helps students progress with confidence and consistency.

    Notice on Transition to Fully Online Learning
    Aani Academy reserves the right to move to fully online learning on any day of the week, if necessary, due to health, safety, or operational reasons.
    Notice will be provided in advance, and all sessions will continue online via Google Meet (or an equivalent platform).

    Flexibility & Communication
    Should a student or staff member face personal circumstances (e.g., illness, travel), temporary adjustments may be arranged. Families are expected to communicate such needs in advance to ensure learning continues smoothly.

  1. Course Access and Usage
  • Enrolled students receive access to course materials for the duration of their subscription or course period.
  • Course content is for personal educational use only and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed.
  • Aani Academy reserves the right to update or modify course content at any time.

  1. Fees and Payment

    Parents/guardians are responsible for paying the course fees.

    Payment Options:

    • Admission Fee: A one-time, non-refundable admission fee of £80 is due upon enrolment. enrolment.

    • Annual Payment Plan: The total annual fee per child is £960, to be paid at the start of the academic year.

    • Monthly Payment Plan: £80 per month (12 Months) per child, due on the 1st of every month.

    📌 Monthly fees are distributed evenly across the academic year from September to the end of August. This structure ensures affordability and even distribution throughout the months, regardless of holidays or term breaks. We can set up a direct debit plan to make this process smooth and hassle-free.

    • Sibling Discount: No admission fee for additional children.

    • Payment Methods: Payment method details will be shared once enrolment is complete.

    All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  1. Refund and Cancellation Policy
  • All payments made to Aani Academy are non-refundable, by enroling, you agree to a minimum one year commitment. Early withdrawal will still require full payment for the academic year. As each enrolment secures a dedicated place that could have been allocated to another committed student.
  • In extreme circumstances, Aani Academy may, at its sole discretion, review individual cases for a partial refund or alternative arrangements.
  • Course cancellations must be requested in writing to Info@aanistudio.com, and any exceptions will be decided by Aani Academy’s administration.
  1. Attendance and Participation
  • Students are expected to attend all scheduled live sessions.
  • Repeated absences without prior notification may lead to loss of access to course materials or dismissal from the program.
  1. Technical Requirements & Responsibilities
  • Parents/guardians must ensure students have access to a stable internet connection and a compatible device.
  • Aani Academy is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s end that may impact lesson accessibility.
  1. Parental Involvement & Supervision
  • Parents/guardians are encouraged to support their child’s learning but should not interfere with live lessons.
  • Parental supervision is recommended for younger students, especially during online interactions.
  1. Disciplinary Actions & Student Conduct
  • Students must adhere to respectful communication during lessons and interactions.
  • Any form of disruption, bullying, or inappropriate behavior may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of access.
  • Aani Academy reserves the right to determine disciplinary actions based on severity and repeated offenses.
  1. Termination of Enrollment
  • Aani Academy reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment for repeated violations of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Parents may request early withdrawal, but no refunds will be issued except under extreme circumstances as outlined in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
  1. Intellectual Property & Content Use
  • All course content, materials, and resources remain the property of Aani Academy.
  • Students and parents are strictly prohibited from recording, sharing, or redistributing any course materials without written permission.
  1. Online Safety & Data Protection
  • Users must not share personal details in public forums or class discussions.
  • Aani Academy complies with UK GDPR and protects user data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  1. Liability & Indemnification
  • Aani Academy is not responsible for any external technical failures, third-party software issues, or any disruptions beyond our control.
  • Parents/guardians agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aani Academy from any claims, damages, or losses related to the use of the platform.
  1. Amendments and Flexibility
  • Aani Academy reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions, course structures, policies, and fees as deemed necessary to improve services or address operational needs.
  • Users will be notified of significant changes.
